From start to finish, Tony and his team were on their game! I came to IDE with an idea but no plan. Tony was more than happy to help. He came up with a plan to bring my idea to life on our website. This was no easy task. It had many layers including a dealer login portal, online ordering via the portal using our EDI system, uploading that info to our EDI system and emailing it to us and our customer and more. With many ordering options and constant changes on my end, Tony and his team not only kept up with my insanity but they actually made sense out of it all! Their communication was impressive, not only replying in a timely manor but having the ability to understand what I am trying to convey in what was often an incoherent email from me trying to explain what I was looking to achieve.
